The partners are the sole owners of Mummert & Company. All mandates are led by experienced partners, who are involved in all details in order to guarantee the success of a transaction. Partners have broad experience in executing transactions from all perspectives: as independent corporate finance advisors, as investment bankers, as buyers in large corporate organizations and as buyers of own equity stakes. They understand the relevant operational and organizational as well as strategic and financial engineering issues.
