• Deal generation:
  Support in the acquisition of new mandates using personal contacts, transaction experience and industry expertise
• Project management:
  Responsibility for M&A, restructuring and capital raising mandates as well as advising financial investors and shareholders in optimizing shareholder value and exit strategies
• Execution:
  Preparation of professional documentation, financial modeling, leadership in negotiations and coordination of due diligence
